Our prices are in Euro, per studio and per night, including VAT, other taxes and fees.

Weekly rates

For stays of 7 nights or more, we provide a special rate of 5%. In any case, ask us, we will provide you the best possible offer.

Deposit

If the reservation is confirmed, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is due.

The remaining amount has to be paid at least one week before arrival, or on the arrival day in cash.

Cancelation

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After that 50% of the total amount is due.

Final cleaning

The final cleaning and laundry are included in the price.

Arrival / Departure

The desired accommodation can be obtained from 16:00 and is available until 11:00 on the day of departure.

• Change of shower and towels on request
• Electricity, water and final cleaning

The following services are exclusive:

• Baby’s extra bed is subject to availability € 3.00 per day
• Washing machine / tumbler available for a small fee
